Return & Exchange
All the orders are processed according to order confirmation we get from customers, and we are trying our best to satisfy all customers. All orders placed on our website should obey the following policies under any conditions.
- We only accept return if there are obvious quality problems which exclude size and color problems, and wrong shipping times.
- Your requests must be received within 24hours after we receive your order by email, otherwise we will not accept.
- Color Aberration exists due to the color effect of different PC monitors and weather conditions. This problem can not be treated as quality problem under any conditions.
-We don’t take any responsibility on the delay of your confirmation email received by us. Usually after getting your full payment we will send you email of order confirmation to re-confirm all your order details to avoid any mistakes, if your order can not be confirmed within two business days after the payment date, we will make your order according to the confirmation email we sent before.
- We process the order strictly according to the confirmation email you confirmed. The style, leather are the same as the website stated. All the requests for returns because of the reasons such as not like the pictures we offer, dissatisfy about the quality and not like the style, etc. are not accepted
- All returned items must be in original package and condition. If there is any dust, dirty spots and so on, we shall not offer refund. And you also need to pay 30% total amount of order as restock fee (for example, if you order item value is GBP 150, the refund is GBP 105), and the shipping cost you paid before will not be refunded.
-Please contact our customer service within 24 hours after you receive your items to get a permission code if you want to exchange.
- Goods need to be shipped back to the designated returning address by the customer after getting the permission code; we will check the defects and revise for you. The cost of re-ship to your address will also be charged.
- Please use Post Office to ship back items to us, if use TNT or DHL or UPS, China customs will ask for taxes, and sorry we do not take any responsibility for taxes.
We have rights to refuse any disputes, refund and exchange problems if you send us complaints emails, problem emails or dispute emails out of one week. In order to help our customers to get your order quickly and safely, here are some points for your selection.
EMS: If your order is not rush, you can choose this which will help you get fewer even free taxes. It will only take about 7 business days if ship to USA, Japan, Australia and so on.
TNT: It is Netherlands local express company, usually if your country is in UK, German, you need to pay taxes.
DHL: For European countries, it is the fattest way, and you can track it on line at any time.
UPS/Fedex:If ship to USA, Canada, this is the best and fattest shipping method for your choice. Generally speaking, TNT is better on developing countries and it is very fast, but you may need to pay for taxes ; DHL is better for European countries; UPS is better for America countries ; Fedex is better for Southeast Asia countries; EMS is the slowest shipping method but you may get free taxes on European countries such as United Kingdom, German and so on.
And sometimes, we will choose the best shipping method for you according to your event date for you to get fewer taxes. And we will also do something to help you to get fewer taxes or even free taxes, for example, we will put " Sample" , and lower amount (maybe USD 30, USD 50, USD 80) on shipping bill. If you do not want these words appeared on shipping bill, please inform us when ordering.
1.The information needed for shipping includes your full name, address, and phone number. Please be aware that we can only ship your bag by ZIP CODE address. While PO Boxes or similar addresses are not available for shipping.
2.We will ship your bag within 2 working days after finishing packing. And the tracking numbers will be provided for you to track on the specific website by yourself.
3. We are not responsible for customs taxes, thus if your local customs or courier ask for taxes, you should pay by yourself.
